Hello there,
I uploaded the burst configuration files to ACM as adviced, then it started to load the burst setting.
Since then, whenever I try to upload ditamaps and dita files which were made on the local, the upload fails and a warning comes up saying "the file name is too long".
It seems that the file name is changed automatically to a name containing the pass, and that makes the file name too long.
Could anyone give me any help with this?

Working with Arbortext S1000D Aerospace & Defensce CSDB suite of applications. Can anyone out there please confirm for me whether it is possible or not to reuse data in a Tools Technical Information Repository (TIR) or a Controls & Indicators TIR across multiple projects. If the answer is YES, how is it done?
Currently, I have 12 different projects setup in the CSDB and I would like have a single TIR support all twelve projects with data I can reuse. If I make a change to the TIR my goal is to make all 12 projects reflect the change to the TIR data. I have looked at Aliasing but from what I see this approach makes an exact copy of a Data Module and doesn't go beyond that. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Is it possible to use a different stylesheet when generating a PDF for PDMlink vs. generating the PDF from other sources?
How would you recommend to accomplish this? Using 5.4 and PE.

I want to publish watermark to HTML / HTML help or any other possible file format using Arbortext Styler . Is it possible to use a stylesheet for the same ? I am able to add an underlay watermark, through style sheet ,while publishing a document to PDF .

How can i set Table head text is currently to bold through the stylesheet?
Also , It should be ALL CAPS (Upper Case Text in first row). Table cell background color should be 192-192-192 RGB which is #C0C0C0 Hex.

Hi everyone,
I know there is a way to change the number of columns on a specific element. Problem is, that there (imao) are not enough options to specify the way columns should layout.
Now what I am trying to do is to change the number of columns in a 2-columned layout to 3 columns on e.g. element ul, where one of the original 2 columns should split into 2 columns, whereas the other shouldn´t change.
So the ratio should be 25%, 25%, 50%.
Anyone ever did something like that successfully?

Has anyone ever came accross this issue with IsoDraw Export?
Using IsoDraw I "placed" the tif, created leader lines/ callouts, and exported "as usual" to WebCGM 2.0...It seemed to export o.k. until I tried to insert into Arbortext Editor, and I noticed that only the leader lines/ callouts were showing
. I opened the CGM file-same thing "only callouts/lines" ....So I checked the original "IsoDraw" file and it still included graphic...So the problem must be at Export-but everything looks o.k.....Did I accidently change an advanced setting somewhere, or has there maybe been an update that is causing a conflict between software applications at export

I was wondering where I can get the "burst configuration file".
I made a DITA data with Arbortext Editor and I chose DITA Technical Content as the category of the data.
However, when I tried to save the data with ACM, the links in the data became invalid.
I found out that I need the burst configuration file for DITA Technical Content to sort this problem out.
It would be great if anyone could suggest me where to get it.

Having just installed Arbortext Aerospace and Defence 4.4 on a Windows 7 32bit machine, the Arbortext application asks for a license server.
Is there an environment variable that we may set (via GPO in AD) to direct the workstations to the flexlm server?
When opening Arbortext Editor 5.3 M020, this message appears:
Dialog title: Invalid Schema/DTD file.
Dialog text: [A15001] Unable to load document type due to errors parsing XML schema: + file path of the schema file (xliff.xsd). Choose: 1) Browse for Schema/DTD; 2) Open in free-form mode without Schema/DTD; 3) Open as text
If option 1 is chosen, the same message is shown again and again even after having browsed for the xliff.xsd file.
If option 2 is chosen, Arbortext Editor opens, but some functionalities don’t work: preferences window doesn’t show, it’s impossible to insert tables or notes, and so on. Oddly, documents are normally validated.
In arbortext.wcf file the Entities and Doctypes repositories are well addressed. It seems Arbortext Editor sees DTDs, so I don’t understand why the error message appears and why some functions don’t work. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the program, without any results. Any idea?

I searched for anyone else discussing this topic but did not find anything.
Most of us in our group of Arbortext Editor V5.4 M040 users are trying to use the colors to set different types content apart such as tag font color, generated text, text entity color (especially important to us), and object boundary color. However, the only colors that appear are black for regular text and the gen text color.
Any clues what might be keeping the others for showing?

I have modified the stylesheet to include an underlay image in Page Region . This page region is included in Page Set . While Publishing to HTML Help I am unable to get watermark in the outtput file . However in PDF output i am able to get the watermark . What i need to modify in order to get the watermark in HTML Help output ?

1) We are facing some issue while calling java class from ACL. From one of the menu item of Custom menu we are calling Java class but we getting error message like
a) [A30134] Can not find the java class com.XXX.XXX.XXX..
b) [A30133] No Java class for the object could be found.
2) We provided our all classes in custom/classes folder and mentioned all the jar files in the classpath variable. But still problem is existing.
